Shoogar Soft Inc. ("we", "us") operates VELOCITY — Midnight Run ("the Game"), available on Steam, itch.io, CrazyGames, and Google Play. This page explains what information the Game collects and how it is used.

Data we collect

The Game does not require an account to play. Solo play, progress, and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to us.

Online features (multiplayer matchmaking, live sessions, and leaderboards) are powered by our own backend service ("velocity-net"). To provide these features, we collect:

• Display name — a name you choose, shown to other players in matches and on leaderboards.
• Run and match data — gameplay data such as score, completion time, car selected, difficulty, and map/challenge results, used to run matches and populate leaderboards.

This data is encrypted in transit. It is optional and under your control — it is only sent when you choose to use an online feature (multiplayer, leaderboards). It is used solely to provide app functionality (running matches, displaying leaderboards) and is not used for advertising or profiling.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

Data deletion

We do not currently offer a self-service deletion flow. To request deletion of data associated with your display name, contact us at google@shoogarsoft.com.

Children's privacy

The Game is not directed at children under 13 and is not part of Google Play's "Designed for Families" program. Content rating: ESRB Everyone 10+ (Fantasy Violence).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game changes. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
